Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to join our nationwide reconditioning team. This role involves traveling to customer sites and performing touch-ups to full surface repairs with advanced spray techniques.

The position offers uncapped earnings with first year potential of $50,000-$75,000 and long-term potential of $70,000-$150,000+. Benefits and career growth are highlighted as part of our package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform automotive reconditioning activities from touch-ups to full repairs.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to a high standard.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that meet or exceed expectations.
