SmartVet Veterinary Services in Normal, Illinois, is seeking a Mobile Associate Veterinarian to join our team. If you love building relationships with clients and pets and want more freedom than a traditional hospital, mobile veterinary medicine could be the perfect fit.

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree.
Ability to obtain or maintain an Illinois veterinary license.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift patients and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

Examine and treat companion animals.
Operate diagnostic equipment and interpret results.
Advise pet owners on preventative care.
Perform surgery and prescribe medication as needed.
Maintain patients’ medical records.
Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and policies.
