Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to engage customers in a busy warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and help customers stay connected to what matters most.

Role involves completing training on store processes, actively driving sales, and providing exceptional service. You’ll interact with customers in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).
• Customer satisfaction: Focused customer advocate who loves having fun with our customers. Balanced customer experience and performance goals (Required).
• Team building: Desire to be part of the groundbreaking T-Mobile store team, learning and sharing knowledge.
• Retail sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required).
• At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment. Educate customers and showcase value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. Job Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.

We can connect on a personal level, match the pace of the customer, establish rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction. As a member of our team, you are committed to providing exceptional service, and to exceeding customer expectations. You can follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and form relationships with new and existing customers.

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
