Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment and deliver exceptional service.

You will learn the store-in-store experience, demonstrate products, and build relationships with customers to drive sales and loyalty. We offer competitive base pay of $18.00 hourly plus $5.00 per hour training pay, with a guaranteed earnings target of $20/hour including incentives, and access to stock grants and broad benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn store systems, products and processes.
• Able to engage with customers and educate on offerings.

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. Job Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
• At T-Mobile, we are passionate about providing excellent customer experiences, being friendly, and engaging with customers. We can connect on a personal level, match the pace of the customer, establish rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction. As a member of our team, you are committed to providing exceptional service, and to exceeding customer expectations. Education and Work Experience

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
