Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They excel in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and demonstrating solutions to ensure a superior customer experience.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, utilizing digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions to deepen relationships and enhance satisfaction.
  3. Complete training on store operations, products, and systems; review personal results and promotions to stay customer-ready.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport, trust, and loyalty, and proactively reaching out to potential customers.
  5. Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and report any issues with assets or keys.
  6. Build relationships with nearby teams to support the customer experience from setup to support and servicing.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and ability to connect personally with customers (Required)
  • Desire to be part of a dynamic team and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
Additional Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $17.50, with on-the-job training and incentives. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives.
