Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team of Experts and bring the T-Mobile brand to life in-store. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate devices and services, and build strong relationships to exceed sales and service targets.

As a Mobile Expert, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, use digital tools, and collaborate with teammates across channels to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while staying on top of the latest wireless innovations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Knowledge of change agility, communication, and customer service is required.

Job Overview

Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They live and breathe T-Mobile! Job Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50Annualized Incentive Target: $18,000

Successful candidate's actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
