Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Minimum 2 years leading a team of developers and delivering to clients.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin), React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Minimum 2 years using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Gemini) within the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile applications and lead a team of engineers.
• Mobile application development, architecture and infrastructure design, technology build and deployment activities on multiple platforms.
• Assist in refining and enhancing mobile architectures and frameworks.
• Coordinate and work with clients and offshore teams and articulate client requirements into technical architecture.
