Job summary

ThreatLocker in Orlando, FL is seeking a Mobile Applications Developer to join in-office. You will guide mobile product requests into scalable solutions, collaborating with product, QA, and other developers to deliver robust, well-tested code.

You will mentor fellow developers, perform code reviews, and maintain secure, maintainable implementations with a Zero Trust mindset, contributing to ThreatLocker’s innovative cybersecurity platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industry experience as a React Native developer.
• Strong understanding of React concepts: declarative programming, hooks, lifecycle, and performance.
• Experience with JavaScript ES6+ and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with mobile-specific performance optimization and offline capabilities.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs in mobile apps.
• Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.

POSITION OVERVIEW

ThreatLocker’s Mobile Developers support the development, expansion and maintenance of our unique and innovative cybersecurity software. The role will be based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position.

JOB SCOPE

The Mobile Applications Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Guide the technical direction and implementation of product requests into large-scale Mobile solutions.


• Collaborate with product, QA, and other developers to implement robust solutions that satisfy client expectations and feature criteria.


• Ship well-tested, maintainable, reliable and secure code that keeps the user’s best interest in mind.


• Assist with improving existing feature implementations, and production issues as they occur.


• Conduct code reviews, write maintainable documentation, and implement bug fixes with security and a Zero Trust mentality in mind.


• Mentor their fellow developers, grow their skills, and improve as a team by sharing expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5+ years of industry experience working as a React Native Developer


• Deep understanding of React concepts: declarative programming, hooks, the component lifecycle, state management and performance optimization


• Experience with JavaScript ES6+ and asynchronous programming


• Experience with mobile-specific concerns: performance optimization, offline capabilities, device APIs


• Experience with integrating RESTful APIsinmobile applications


• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows


• Proficient writing and maintaining feature documentation and conducting code reviews

• Highly analytical with ability to propose new ideas and designs


• Strong written and verbal communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS
