Job summary

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa expanding in Minnesota. We hire APRNs to provide tox, chemical peels, and home-based facial services as 1099 contractors. You set your schedule, choose clients, and receive comprehensive training, malpractice coverage, and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Minnesota (required).
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification (required).
• Passion for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility.
• Bonus: prior aesthetics experience or existing patient network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
