Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Mobile Automotive Calibration and Diagnostic Technician for full-time work in Florida.

The role focuses on precise ADAS calibrations following repairs and windshield replacements, with strong emphasis on customer relations and professional communication. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of automotive repair experience, experience with OEM diagnostic tools and factory software, and the ability to work on site or at customer locations.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years automotive repair experience.
• Trade school experience is a plus.
• ASE or I-CAR certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on foreign, domestic and EV vehicles on site or at customer locations.
• Diagnose complex electrical issues and repair wiring harnesses as needed.
• Use OEM service libraries, diagnostic tools, and calibration equipment to ensure correct operation.
• Test drive vehicles after repairs and communicate findings clearly.
• Explain ADAS calibration specifications to collision centers, insurers and customers.
