Job summary
GYMGUYZ North Columbus, Ohio is seeking an Adaptive Personal Trainer to design and deliver customized workouts for clients with diverse abilities. You’ll train in clients' homes, offices, or community spaces, with no gym rent and no sales quotas, using the GYMGUYZ app to track progress and reassess as needed.
A nationally recognized personal trainer certification and CPR/AED are required; adaptive fitness certification is preferred.
Qualifications
- Must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification and CPR/AED.
- Adaptive fitness certification preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism are essential.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver creative, individualized workouts for adaptive clients.
- Modify exercises to support diverse needs and abilities.
- Use the GYMGUYZ App to personalize sessions and track progress.
- Motivate clients through encouragement and accountability.
- Conduct reassessments in the GYMGUYZ App.
- Manage your schedule efficiently and travel between client locations.
- Represent DRIVE values in every session.
