Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect data, collaborate with a team, and maintain professionalism with excellent communication and time management.

We offer flexible, part-time hours, supportive onboarding including RBT training, and opportunities for growth in ABA. Compensation ranges from $22 to $30 per hour plus bonuses and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT Certification.
• Experience in ABA or with children with autism preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable vehicle for in-home visits.
• Flexible, part-time schedule.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
