Supplemental Health Care is seeking a School-Based Physical Therapist for a local contract in Lee's Summit, Missouri. The role features 20 hours per week, 4-hour day shifts, ASAP start, and a 13-week duration with potential travel between school locations.

You’ll develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluations and collaborate with school staff and guardians. Required/preferred include Missouri PT license and BLS, with pediatrics or school setting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
• Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
• Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
