Job summary

Grön is seeking a Packaging Support at our Kansas City facility to assist in the daily preparation and packaging of products for fulfillment. This role emphasizes high production efficiency, safe work habits, and adherence to standard work methods.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 6:00AM–4:30PM with some Friday shifts. The Packaging Support collaborates with the team, follows compliance, operates packaging machinery, and maintains METRC tagging and batch records to ensure accurate, timely packaging and

• Maintain our seed-to-sale system, METRC, by managing associated tags and batch stickers.
• Complete daily checklists to keep facility running smoothly.
• Learn to properly operate various types of machines in the packaging process.
• Sleeve, sticker, package, wrap and heat seal all products post-production.
• Keep a keen eye for the details to find tasks when there is a break in packaging.
• Collaborate with coworkers to complete packaging tasks in a timely fashion.

MO-Packaging Support

Department: Packaging

Reporting To: Chris Harvey

Compensation: $17.00 / hour

Description

Packaging Support at Grön is the daily facilitator for preparing and packaging all products needed for fulfillment. The packaging team must work at high levels of production efficiency and safety. The Packaging Support is expected to follow, maintain and hold the team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure product packaging and fulfillment is as efficient and safe as possible. This role is based in our Kansas City facility, where the operating hours are from Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM, with the occasional Friday shift.
