Job summary

Anchor Glass Container LLC in Shakopee, MN seeks a MN licensed electrician to inspect, repair, install and wire electrical/electronic apparatus in the plant. Work hours 8:00 pm – 4:00 am to overlap the 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Must hold MN State Licensed Master Electrician or state certification. Responsibilities include reading wiring diagrams, installing conduit, testing equipment, and performing energized work as required.

Qualifications

• Must be a MN State Licensed Master Electrician or State certified electrician.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze verbal explanations, drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications to determine material or replacement needs.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, adjust or replace faulty parts on motors, switches, control panels, generators, circuit breakers, etc.
• Plan and perform work requiring working knowledge of electrical principles and wiring codes.
• Install conduit, fittings, switches, controls, fixtures and wires.
