Job summary

Yale New Haven Health seeks a Data Analytics professional to support MMIS reporting and data requests across the CSC. You will query and analyze data using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and MMIS platforms, maintain reporting dashboards, and coordinate system design and interface testing with ITS and other teams.

The role requires collaboration with multiple departments, strong data skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. Some experience with QSight and Infor is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, IT, finance, or related field.
• Experience with data summarization, analysis, and reporting; QSight or Infor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine efficient methods to collect data from internal/external systems and personnel.
• Collaborate with hospital teams to coordinate data collection.
• Perform complex data queries, reports, and analyses for CSC customers.
• Maintain MMIS system data, build and configure MMIS components.
• Log, track, and resolve issues using Remedy/IRMA or other platforms.
