Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is seeking an experienced MLTC Intake RN with UAS-NY experience for a Managed Care Plan serving New York. Intake Assessments are Field & Remote Assessments. Qualified candidates will be able to visit members in their homes.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Registered Nurse License is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• One (1) year of experience in an acute care setting.
• Must have UAS-NY RN experience.
• Home care and management experience preferred.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Bilingual ability in Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Punjabi or Hindi is required for certain areas.

• Collaborate with Intake/Outreach and clinical teams to ensure appropriate services.
