The Dartmouth Health Medical Laboratory at DHMC in Lebanon, NH, is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist IV for a 40-hour, benefitted, day-shift role. A $7500 sign-on/retention bonus is offered for external hires under specified conditions.

You will lead and perform a variety of diagnostic tests, oversee quality control, train staff, and support process improvement initiatives in a high-volume lab environment designed for workflow efficiency. Opportunities for learning and growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• AS degree with 5+ years of CL lab experience, or BS with 3+ years.
• 3-5 years of experience required.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee a variety of laboratory tests to support diagnoses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure accurate results.
• Orient and train new staff and share knowledge.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain safety.
