Job summary

Mosai is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to architect, develop, and maintain data and model pipelines powering training, inference, and analytics. You will audit and consolidate pipelines, ensure reliability, and deploy ML systems including LLM-based architectures across Azure and AWS.

The ideal candidate has extensive Python/Jupyter experience, Snowflake proficiency, and strong CI/CD exposure. Hybrid work near Jacksonville or Nashville is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in Data Engineering, MLOps or related fields.
• Operationalize traditional ML models and LLM-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms (compute, networking, security).
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), IaC, and ML pipelines.
• Diagnose and resolve pipeline failures and data anomalies.
• Advanced Python, Jupyter, and ML/analytics frameworks.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for training, inference, and analytics.
• Audit, refactor, and consolidate ML pipelines and deployment processes.
• Monitor production ML pipelines and diagnose anomalies or failures.
• Troubleshoot and perform remediation with regression testing prior to redeployment.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to operationalize models.
• Develop CI/CD workflows and automated testing for reliable releases.
• Implement observability tooling for ML systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage cloud resources on Azure and AWS; ensure security and optimization.
