Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a skilled ML Engineer to develop MLOps frameworks and productionize models across defense, public safety, and civilian sectors. You will design, deploy, and optimize AI/ML pipelines, translating research into mission-focused solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Python, DL frameworks, and MLOps tools, plus cloud deployment across AWS, Azure or GCP. A PhD in a STEM field is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on scripting with Python, JavaScript or Rust for ML workflows.
• Experience building models from inception to measurable impact.
• Familiarity with major DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace.
• Proficient with MLOps and CI/CD tools (MLFlow, WandB, Airflow, Kubeflow, GitLab CI, DVC).
• Experience deploying ML pipelines on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Ability to design architectures and benchmarks to compare approaches.
• Experience deploying and maintaining models in production environments.
• Experience handling large datasets and compute-heavy jobs.
• Ability to monitor and triage data-process issues.
