KIPP Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated MLL Lead Teacher for the Greater Boston area. This role focuses on multilingual learners, collaborating with co-teachers and families to foster inclusive literacy and language development.

Formación

• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience.
• MA ESL Teaching Licensure required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Computer literacy and Google Suite proficiency.
• Pass Criminal Background Checks.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure students feel affirmed, valued, and challenged daily.
• Create a safe, positive learning environment.
• Regularly review student data with co-teachers and plan language supports.
• Plan language-focused lessons and set growth goals for students.
• Maintain accurate grades and communicate progress with families.
