Job summary

isdwell is an early-stage startup hiring a founding engineer to own real surface area from day one and ship features weekly. You will work directly with the founders to decide what to build next and set the tone for how the product evolves.

You will ship end-to-end across the stack, own a core product component, and help shape the roadmap as the team grows. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals and a bias to ship.
• Comfort with ambiguity and full ownership of outcomes.
• A few years building and shipping production software.
