Job summary

Qualtrics XM is searching for a quality engineer to lead the quality initiatives within the Core Machine Learning Team in Seattle. You will work at the cutting edge of technology, evaluating and driving testing approaches for machine learning projects, while developing automation at scale.

The ideal candidate will mentor peers and collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Experience in data structures, software testing, and CI/CD is desirable, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with any programming language, preferably Python/JavaScript.
• 3+ years professional experience building test automation frameworks.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, tune, and productize machine learning models.
• Develop and design test frameworks for complex distributed systems.
• Drive quality processes like bug triage and release decisions.
• Iterate testing of AI models and verify predictions against benchmarks.

Skills

Proficiency with data structures and algorithms

Software testing techniques

Experience with Service Oriented Architecture

Familiarity with front-end technologies

CI/CD deployment automation
