Apple, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer for the Intelligence Model Platform in Cupertino, CA.

You will join a team building an on-device personal and contextual intelligence platform that powers Apple devices across iOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, visionOS, and Private Cloud Compute. Your work includes collaborating on training, validating, deploying, and serving models; designing scalable systems and APIs for ML and Generative AI; adapting model architectures to device execution environments; and

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of OS architecture and systems programming
• Excellent software design, problem solving and debugging skills
• Experience implementing ML or AI features is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams across Apple on training, qualifying, deploying, and serving models
• Design and refine systems and APIs for Machine Learning and Generative AI
• Understand and adapt new model architectures to constraints of execution environments
• Work with leadership across Apple to define policy and guidelines for model use
