HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced ML Ops Engineer in the United States to implement and maintain automated ML pipelines and model lifecycle processes. The role focuses on building scalable CI/CD for ML workloads, applying DevOps practices, and ensuring robust monitoring and logging in production environments.

You will work with Python-based pipelines, Terraform/AWS CloudFormation, and modern ML tooling while collaborating on architecture and compliance with the team.

Formación

• Solid experience implementing ML pipelines and model lifecycle management.
• Proficient with CI/CD for ML workflows and pipeline health monitoring.
• Strong Python scripting for data processing and pipeline development.
• Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code tools for scalable cloud resources.
• Experience with monitoring and logging stacks for production ML systems.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and code governance.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions and ensure process compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain ML pipelines using Python, MLflow, Kubeflow, and TFX to automate model training, validation, and deployment processes.
• Apply DevOps practices with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions to streamline CI/CD for machine learning workflows and monitor pipeline health.
• Utilize Terraform and AWS CloudFormation to provision and manage scalable cloud resources for ML workloads.
• Integrate monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Fluentd to track model performance and system metrics in production.
• Ensure process compliance by using Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket for version control and code management.
• Participate in technical discussions and feasibility studies to evaluate alternatives and support architecture best practices for ML Ops solutions.
• Prepare and submit status reports to highlight progress, minimize risks, and support project closure activities.
