Job summary

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Economics, CS, ML)
• Strong Python and SQL
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Hands-on ML systems on large datasets
• Proficiency in evaluating experiments (A/B) and causal inference

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale gaming datasets to drive analytics, forecasting, ML models, recommender systems, and experimentation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop data-driven strategies and implement solutions that create business value.
• Deliver actionable business insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines (web scraping, API ingestion, data wrangling) for competitive intelligence and player/community data.
• Stay updated with AI/LLM advancements and apply them to gaming applications.
• Engage in cross-team knowledge sharing and documentation.
