Job summary

XPO is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and operate ML infrastructure and data pipelines. You will collaborate with data science and data engineering teams to productionize models and ensure high-quality inputs for ML workflows.

The role emphasizes developing ML tooling, CI/CD for models, and monitoring in production, with an opportunity to impact internal AI/ML excellence across the org.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of software or ML engineering experience.
• Python and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with cloud data/ML platforms (AWS, GCP, BigQuery).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data preparation and validation tooling for ML inputs.
• Design and implement ML infrastructure for training, evaluation, deployment.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models with testing/validation.
• Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models.
• Coordinate with data engineering for reliable data pipelines.
• Contribute to shared MLOps tooling and best practices.
