Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Software Engineer to create the infrastructure powering our AI and machine learning workflows. You will bridge AI research and production, building tooling, pipelines, and deployment systems enabling models to move from experiment to factory floor.

The role focuses on system-level thinking for robotics software, with emphasis on Python production code, PyTorch, and ROS. Collaboration with researchers and engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience, with exposure to ML infrastructure, MLOps, or AI-enabled systems.
• Strong production software in Python; experience with C++, ROS, or robotics stacks.
• Experience with PyTorch and supporting AI model development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure for AI/ML workflows and robot learning.
• Develop pipelines for collecting, processing, and curating large-scale robotic sensor data.
• Support deployment of AI models onto robotic systems including simulation and hardware integration.
• Build internal tools to accelerate AI engineering workflows across data exploration, testing, evaluation, and productionisation.
