Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in ML engineering or data platform roles.
• Experience building and deploying ML models at scale.
• Proficiency with MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and retraining workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy recommendation models, ranking models, and personalization services.
• Build real-time and batch pipelines for user behavior analysis and model training.
• Engineer feature pipelines and production ML systems.
• Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, monitoring, testing and governance.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to launch new personalization capabilities.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize customer outcomes.
