Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 8 years ML/AI algorithms and tools experience.
• 8 years testing/maintaining/launching software and 5 years architecture.
• 7 years leading technical project strategy and ML infra.
• 2 years GenAI techniques or GenAI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Research and Ads teams to ship AI features.
• Lead TL responsibilities; set roadmaps, goals, and cross-team OKRs.
• Build scalable end-to-end infrastructure for AI-powered ad creatives.
