Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group seeks a Machine Learning Engineer to lead enterprise data standardization efforts, KSAs, and competency integration. You will review, map, and cleanse Sponsor data, support migration planning, and build a skills repository integrated with Sponsor systems.

You will coordinate with PMs, SMEs, HR, and systems engineers to define baselines and action plans. You will also develop SOPs, maintain documentation, and ensure data governance for PII compliance while

Qualifications

• Experience designing schemas, tables, views, and relationships in SQL databases.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration.
• Experience implementing, using, and creating APIs or data services.
• Experience with Python, Java, and Scala programming languages.
• Experience implementing data visualizations and ML/AI software, tools, and services.
• Experience using AWS-based analytic tools and Apache Hadoop.

Responsibilities

• Establish a repeatable process to collect skills from performance reviews.
• Create access-controlled data sources and databases for jobs, competencies, and proficiency levels.
• Develop a data migration plan to export skills into Sponsor systems.
• Scrape and analyze skills data from open sources and Sponsor databases for the skills repository.
• Review and analyze sponsor service competency data for inclusion in the repository.
• Collaborate with internal sponsor offices to update competency data and repository.
