Job summary

Theory Ventures is seeking a hands-on DevRel Engineer to help ML engineers discover, try, and adopt the Superlinked Inference Engine (SIE). You’ll build demos, write docs, and engage with the developer community in San Francisco and the broader US.

This role blends coding, content creation, and community building, with travel to major events. You’ll work closely with our founder in San Francisco, turning product updates into practical content, growing the OSS community, and ensuring technical

Qualifications

• Experience with ML infrastructure or adjacent developer tools.
• Ability to read architecture and explain trade-offs around latency, cost, GPU use, and reliability.
• Proven track record in growing a developer product through adoption (open source, cloud, self-hosted, or hybrid).
• Willingness to write and modify code.
• Experience creating technical content, demos, talks, workshops, or integrations.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and showcase SIE to ML engineers and platform teams.
• Create demos, notebooks, quickstarts, and integration guides.
• Convert updates into technical content and co-marketing material.
• Engage with users, answer questions, and relay feedback to engineering.
• Grow OSS community via GitHub, workshops, meetups, and talks.
• Build relationships with model, infra, and ecosystem partners.
• Keep docs and onboarding up to date as SIE evolves.
• Collaborate with marketing on distribution while maintaining technical accuracy.
• Track success metrics: GitHub growth, installs, activation, events, and partner usage.
• Be active in the ML developer ecosystem, focus SF/US, with travel to Europe.
