Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of ML compiler infrastructure, including IRs, optimization passes, and code generation for custom AI accelerators.
• Design and implement compiler transformations informed by hardware architecture constraints for GPUs, TPUs, or edge accelerators.
• Develop LLVM/MLIR-based toolchains for PyTorch models to optimized binaries for custom silicon.
• Collaborate with hardware architects to maximize performance, power efficiency, and programmability for edge devices.
• Mentor engineers on compiler design patterns and conduct design reviews.
