Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Bartender to craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a fast-paced setting in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will handle orders, payments, and ensure compliance with alcohol policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes knowledge of drinks, customer service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A prior bartending background is preferred and opportunities for growth exist within Aramark.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes and current trends.
• Demonstrates hospitality, friendliness, and beverage knowledge.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders; processes cash and credit transactions.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May provide servers drinks from the service well.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs for minimum age.
• Adheres to cash handling policies; maintains workstation cleanliness.
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked.
• Provides excellent guest service and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Maintains positive demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Ensures security of company assets.
