Job summary

Golden-B-Enterprises is seeking a friendly Mixologist to entertain guests, craft cocktails, and educate guests on beverage features in our Charlotte venue. You will greet guests, take to-go orders when needed, and contribute to a lively, high-service atmosphere.

The role requires a year of bartending or serving experience, willingness to lift up to 20 lbs, flexibility in schedule, and completion of TIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests
• Answers phone calls and takes togo orders (in absence of Host or To-Go Coordinator)
• Communicates specials, features, and promotions
• Sells add-ons and premium beverage/food items
• Helps Assistant Manager in creating new cocktails and standardized recipes for menu
• Takes timely and correct orders and delivers meals
• Handles cash and tips accuratelyPerforms company’s 10 Steps of Service and maintains a lively atmosphere (lights/music/tv)
• Maintains a clean dining room and restrooms during service (in absence of a busser)
• Performs daily opening, shift, and closing duties (includes beer logs for Pizza Peel)
• Communicates restaurant operational needs to managers
• Participates in and maintains positive relationships across FOH and BOH teams
• Participates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events

• Has an interest in beer, wine and cocktail knowledge

• Learner/Coachable

Compensation

$2.13/hr + tips

50% off meal on duty and 20% off duty
