Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC seeks a Mixing Plant Hand at the AWS Midland yard to assist operators with rig up/down and chemical mixing tasks. You will support daily chemical inventory, PPE usage, and adherence to HSE policies in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities include equipment rigging, tank handling, and driving company vehicles as needed while maintaining safety and teamwork under rotating shifts typical of the industry.

• Rig up and maintain equipment through operations.
• Maintain daily chemical inventory and usage.
• Strap frac tanks as needed and perform tasks as directed by the Mixing Plant Operator.
• Follow and support all AWS HSE policies at all times.
• Wear and use appropriate PPE at all times.
• Drive company vehicles over various road conditions and terrain as required.

Mixing Plant Hand

Location: AWS Yard; Midland, TX

Department: Mixing Plants

Responsibilities:

Mixing Plant Handswill assist the Operator in rig up and rig down procedures and actively help in mixing chemicals.

• Rig up andmaintainequipment throughoperations

• Keep daily chemical inventory andusage

• Strap frac tanks as needed among other task laid out by Mixing Plant Operator

• Follows and supports all AWS HSE policies at alltimes

• Knows and uses appropriate PPE at alltimes

• Drives company vehicles overvarious typesof road conditions and terrain, including highways, rural roads including paved and gravel surfaces, andoff roadsituations including two track roads

Experience/Qualifications Requirements

• Performs other duties as assigned byMixing Plant Operator

• A minimum of six (6) months experience working rotational shift work, working in inclement weather, and/or manual labor experiencepreferred

• Able to multi-task in fast paced environment

• Works well with others

• Basic problem solving and organizationalskills

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordClass A CDL a plus

• Ability to communicate, read & write inEnglish

• Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing and job-relevant hiringrequirements
