Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. (LGESMI) is seeking a Mixing Operator I to support the Mixing Department. You will monitor, adjust parameters, input materials, operate HMI panels, and perform quality checks to ensure high-quality material for internal and external customers.

This role requires manual material handling up to 100 lbs, adherence to safety PPE, and following 5S, work instructions and daily documentation. On-site attendance is essential in Holland, MI.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, understand, respond, and record real-time data on the Mixing Control Panel.
• Ensure Mixing batch runs to specification and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Manually load raw materials into mixers, lifting up to 100 lbs with safe technique.
• Operate hoists/cranes to position heavy materials into mixers.
• Own the quality process: measure solids, viscosity, grind gauge samples, and log data.
• Complete daily documentation and audits, following work instructions and safety rules.
• Maintain 5S workplace standards and PPE compliance.
• Participate in training and ensure regular on-site attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
