Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Hanover, PA, is seeking a Mixer - Crew C to produce product by mixing raw materials and transporting dough to conveyors. You will inspect, weigh, monitor temperatures, adjust speeds, and coordinate with the oven room team to resolve issues.

The role is full-time on a rotating 7:00 AM–7:00 PM shift (Week 1: Sun, Wed, Thu; Week 2: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat). The hourly rate is $22.25 with shift differential. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask.
• The ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Produces product by mixing raw materials and transporting the dough to the conveyor lines.
• Performs visual inspection of product for defects and checks weights and dough temperatures.
• Resolves production issues by adjusting processes and coordinating with ovens team.
• Performs sanitation duties according to schedule.
