SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Mixer Operator with a CDL to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries and professional service, with home daily after each shift.

This role emphasizes safety, strong communication, and teamwork. Active Class A or B CDL and a current DOT Medical Card are required; prior mixer experience is a plus, but motivated newcomers are welcome to learn.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with a valid DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism on site.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for vehicle safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
