Job summary

SRM Concrete in the United States is seeking a Mixer Operator with a Class A or B CDL to deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites. You will be the face of SRM at the customer site, ensuring on-time deliveries and professional service while maintaining safety.

This full-time role offers hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, home daily, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance; 401k with company match; holidays and PTO.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
