SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (Ready Mix Truck Drivers) in the Knoxville area. You will deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites, interact with customers professionally, and maintain safety and quality standards on every shift.

Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record is required. The role offers hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus eligibility for bonuses and annual raises. SRM emphasizes safety, service, and team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Operate concrete mixer truck (Class A/B CDL) to deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide professional customer service at every site and represent SRM Concrete.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
