Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL Ready Mix Truck Drivers) to deliver quality concrete to construction sites and be home daily. A Class A or Class B CDL and a current DOT Medical Card are required, with a strong safety record and a customer‑focused mindset.

As a Mixer Operator you will operate a concrete mixer, perform pre and post trip inspections, coordinate with dispatch, and assist with plant duties as needed.

• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site representing SRM Concrete.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
