SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to join our nationwide team. You will operate a concrete mixer truck, deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites, and serve as the face of SRM at job locations.

This role emphasizes safety, reliable performance, and strong communication with dispatch and customers. You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain records, and assist with plant duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and safety-focused mindset.
• Strong customer service orientation across sites.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Previous mixer/ready-mix delivery experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.

• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
