SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries with professionalism and care, while representing the company’s service-first values.

We seek candidates with an active Class A or B CDL and a current DOT Medical Card, a safe driving record, and the physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs in all weather. Home daily, with competitive pay and benefits.

• Proven safe driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.
• Experience as a Mixer Operator or in construction delivery is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT/OSHA safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
