• Programs dough batches into computer.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules etc.
• Assists moving dough trough from mixer to dough chutes or moves dough to winching device for transport to dough trough.
• Assists in loading mixer with flour, yeast, etc.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision

Bringing Home the Dough

Assists the Mixer Operator with ensuring proper preparation of doughs according to formula and scheduled standards. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on the job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
