Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Mixer Driver to safely operate a concrete mixer, deliver to customer sites, and communicate with dispatch and plant staff to support smooth operations.

You will perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain delivery documentation, work outdoors in construction settings, and provide professional customer service while upholding safety standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a mixer truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer sites

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

This role involves working outdoors and at active construction sites. The Mixer Driver regularly operates heavy equipment, climbs in and out of vehicles, and performs physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and inspecting equipment. Safety‑focused behavior and situational awareness are essential in this dynamic environment.

What We Offer

$40.84 to $40.84 per hour
