Job summary

Radiac Abrasives, Inc. in Marysville, WA is seeking a mix operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves following recipes, measuring raw materials, and mixing ingredients according to job specs on a Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm shift.

You will identify materials, verify measurements with scales and instruments, and follow instructions to ensure accurate batch preparation in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must perform basic math.
• Familiarity with hand tools.
• Experience using measuring instruments.

This shift is Monday – Friday 5:00am – 1:30pm.

Tasks

• Follow recipe for to ensure accurate mix instructions for the job.
• Identify correct raw materials required
• Measure raw materials using scales
• Mixing ingredients using tumblers
• Receive, understand and follow instructions
