TSI is currently seeking FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Program Delivery Managers (PDMGs) to support our disaster recovery team in Georgia and North Carolina. We're looking for PDMGs who can overcome challenges and complete projects in any environment. If you're someone who can take direction but doesn’t always need to be told what to do, then we want to hear from you. PDMGs will work closely with FEMA and local government officials to provide supplemental disaster grant assistance for the repair, replacement, and restoration of disaster-damaged, public owned facilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Site damage inspections
  2. Cost estimate and scope of work development
  3. Exploratory calls and recovery scoping meetings
  4. Project reviews and validation
  5. Review and determination of hazard mitigation requirements
  6. Environmental & historic preservation reviews and guidance

This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DHS/FEMA Clearance.

The selected candidate(s) will be required to complete the following FEMA online courses before beginning work on FEMA projects:

  1. IS-1000 Public Assistance Program and Eligibility
  2. IS-1001 The Public Assistance Delivery Model Orientation
  3. IS-1002 FEMA Grants Portal – Transparency at Every Step
  4. IS-1004 The FEMA Site Inspection Process
  5. IS-1018 Determination Memorandums and Appeals
  6. 7116 - Program Delivery Manager
  7. 7117 - Site Inspection

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in a related field and professional registration, or Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience in a related field
  2. Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
