Job summary

PDR Virginia seeks a dynamic Mitigation Project Manager to lead water and environmental claims in Fairfax County, VA. You will manage an emergency services team, coordinate with clients and adjusters, and oversee on-site inspections and QA.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in restoration, Xactimate proficiency, IICRC WRT/ASD/CDS certifications, OSHA 10/30 preferred, and a valid driver’s license. On-call and commuting daily to Fairfax required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience handling large mitigation claims.
• IICRC certifications preferred (WRT/ASD/CDS).
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification ideal.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to pass background screening and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the team.
• Execute and complete projects to company standards.
• Meet with clients and adjusters on-site as the main point of contact.
• Inspect job sites for quality assurance.
• Document and gather information related to estimates and invoicing.
• Review jobs daily to ensure compliance and budget adherence.
• Monitor team hours for accurate payroll.

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Mitigation Project Manager to lead our water and environmental claims. The project manager will take charge of one of the emergency services teams and serve as the primary contact for the client throughout the entire process. Our perfect candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years in the restoration sector, focusing on large residential and commercial mitigation projects, as well as reviewing complex estimates.

You must hold at least WRT and ASD IICRC certifications and be open to attending training sessions to gain additional certifications and knowledge essential for your role.

This is a full-time role with on-call duties. We are only considering candidates who have insurance restoration experience and are able to commute to Fairfax County, VA daily.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience handling large mitigation claims
• High level of expertise in restoration claims, including drying, equipment, and mold Proficient in Xactimate software
• IICRC Certifications in at least WRT, ASD, and CDS are strongly preferred
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification would be ideal
• Available for on-call duties
  
• Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able and willing to go through a comprehensive background check screening
