Mitigation Production Manager

The restoration project manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. Primary Responsibilities

1. Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
2. Create and maintain budgets based on the scope of repairs and ensure projects come in on time and under budget.
3. Pull permits required by municipality. Contact building department to discuss items unique to the project.
4. Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects, including subcontractors.
5. Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processes.
6. Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
7. Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
8. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
9. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training production teammates.

Position Requirements

1. Effective written and oral communication with intermediate math and computer skills.
2. Experience in reconstruction/remodeling preferred.
3. High school diploma/GED.
4. Xactimate experience a PLUS!
5. Valid driver's license required.
6. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
7. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
8. Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
9. Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
10. Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
11. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Pay Rate

Competitive salary based on experience plus Commission.
